Hand Washing Instructions

​

Hand washing is the safest and most recommended method for maintaining the brilliance of your krystaled garments.

  1. Preparation: Turn the garment inside out to protect the krystals during the cleaning process. For extremely delicate items, placing them in a fine mesh laundry bag offers an additional layer of protection.

  2. Soak: Fill a basin or sink with cold water and a small amount of mild detergent. Submerge the garment completely.

  3. Washing: Gently swish the garment in the soapy water for approximately five (5) minutes. Do not squeeze, wring, or vigorously rub the fabric, as this can damage the krystals and weaken the adhesive bond.

  4. Rinsing: Rinse the item thoroughly under cold, running water until the water is completely clear of soap residue.

  5. Drying Preparation: Carefully squeeze out the excess water. To remove significant moisture, you may gently lay the garment flat and pat it dry with a clean towel before air drying.

 

Machine Washing Instructions

​

If machine washing is necessary, please follow these steps to minimize stress on the garment:

  1. Pre-Treatment: Turn all eligible items inside out. Garments that cannot be reversed (such as some bras) should be placed directly into a mesh bag (see Step 3). Avoid using pre-wash spot treatments, as the chemicals may weaken the krystal adhesive. For stains, gently spot-treat the area using a mild detergent and warm water before washing.

  2. Protection: Place all small or delicate garments, including bras and lingerie, into a delicate-specific mesh laundry bag. This barrier prevents snagging and provides cushioning during the cycle.

  3. Washing Cycle: Use only the "Delicate" or "Gentle" cycle setting on your machine. The water temperature must be set to COLD; hot water can compromise the adhesive binding the krystals.

 

Drying Krystaled Clothing

High heat is detrimental to the krystal adhesive and must be avoided.

  1. Air Dry: Keep all krystaled garments inside out. We highly recommend hanging or laying garments flat to air dry. This is mandatory for all delicate items, including bras and lingerie, which must NEVER be placed in a machine dryer.

  2. Machine Dry (Use Caution): If air drying is not an option, you may machine dry on the LOWEST heat setting or "Air Dry" cycle only. Do not use high heat under any circumstances, as this will melt the krystal adhesive.

 
High Heel Footwear Care

To ensure the longevity and high quality of your Kraze Krystals high heels, rigorous adherence to these simple, yet critical, guidelines is required:

  • Avoid Contact: You must not allow your heels to "clack" against hard surfaces. Impact from walking improperly or striking the heel tips against pavement will inevitably lead to damage and the loss of rhinestones.

  • Storage: ALWAYS return your heels to their original protective box after each use. Proper storage prevents shifting, dust accumulation, and minimizes the risk of the krystals being scuffed or detached.

  2. Expedited/Overnight Shipping: If you require your item(s) to be delivered on the next business day, you may opt for our expedited service. All fees for overnight shipping are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid at the time of purchase to ensure next-day delivery.

Do you offer international delivery?

Yes, Kraze Krystals is pleased to offer international delivery, primarily facilitated through DHL.

  • International Standard Shipping (Non-Rush): We cover all standard, non-rush international shipping costs. Delivery for this option typically takes 2–7 business days from the date of shipment, though actual transit times may vary based on the destination and local customs processing.

  • International Expedited Shipping: If you require expedited international delivery, you will be responsible for all associated overnight shipping fees to receive your item(s) on the next business day.

Please note that all sales are considered final. Due to the unique and custom nature of our specialized designs, Kraze Krystals maintains a strict No Refunds or Returns Policy. If an item arrives damaged or if there is an error with your order, please contact Customer Service immediately upon receipt.

Are there any items that are ineligible for returns or refunds?

Yes. Due to their unique, hand-crafted nature, all items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges. This includes:
