Return & Exchange Policy
Eligibility and Timeframe
You may return eligible items for a refund or exchange within 30 calendar days of the original delivery date. Items received after this 30-day window, or those that do not meet the condition requirements below, will be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Condition of Returned Items (No Exceptions)
All returned merchandise must be in its original, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition.

Original Packaging and Tags: Items must be returned with all original tags intact and in their original product packaging.

Sanitary Protection: For swimwear and lingerie, the original hygienic liner/sanitary protection must be fully intact and unremoved.

High Heels: Footwear, specifically high heels, must be completely unworn and returned in their original, undamaged shoe box. We recommend trying them on carpeted surfaces only. Scuff marks on the soles will result in the return being refused.

Trying on Lingerie/Swimwear: Please ensure that you wear undergarments when trying on all swimwear, bodysuits, and lingerie items.
Kraze Krystals reserves the right to refuse any return on items that show signs of wear, soil, odor, laundering, alteration, or damage. Such items will be returned to the customer.
Refunds and Processing

A refund will be issued to your original form of payment once the return is received and inspected.

The refunded amount will be the purchase price of the item(s) less any original shipping and handling fees. Kraze Krystals does not refund original shipping charges.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after the returned package is delivered to our facility.
Final Sale and Clearance Items

Items marked as "Clearance," "Sale," or "Final Sale" are not eligible for a monetary refund. These items may only be returned for an exchange for an item of equal or lesser value, provided they meet all other condition requirements listed above.
Excessive Returns
We reserve the right to limit or refuse service to customers who, in our opinion, make excessive returns or exchanges. This is to protect the integrity of our product and service quality.
International exchanges are subject to additional shipping charges.
