Kraze Krystals, a St. Louis-based design company founded in 2016, is committed to empowering women with custom, hand-woven luxury designs. We specialize in timeless high heels, exquisite lingerie, and one-of-a-kind signature pieces, working meticulously to help each customer authentically express their unique style.

 

Order & Shipping Policy

 

Domestic Shipping

 

We offer two primary options for delivery within the United States:

1. Standard Shipping (Non-Rush): We proudly offer FREE standard shipping on all qualifying orders. Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days from the date of shipment.

2. Expedited/Overnight Shipping: For next-business-day delivery, expedited shipping is available. All fees for overnight shipping are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid at the time of purchase.

 

International Delivery

 

Yes, we offer international delivery, primarily facilitated through DHL.

• International Standard Shipping (Non-Rush): We cover all standard, non-rush international shipping costs (typically 2–7 business days, transit times may vary).

• International Expedited Shipping: Expedited international service is available; however, all associated overnight shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.

• Customs & Duties: All international customers are fully responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import feeslevied by their country upon delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

 

All sales are considered final. Kraze Krystals maintains a strict No Refunds or Returns Policy.

Due to the unique, handcrafted, and custom nature of our specialized designs and to uphold the quality and hygienic standards of our products, all items are classified as Final Sale. We encourage customers to carefully review sizing information, product details, and all policies before finalizing a purchase.

This Final Sale status strictly applies to:

• All Custom-Designed Pieces

• Costume Items

• Any other Hand-Made or Made-to-Order Items

• All high heels, lingerie, and swimwear.

If an item arrives demonstrably damaged or if there is an error with your order, please contact Customer Service immediately upon receipt. We reserve the right to limit or refuse service to customers who, in our opinion, make excessive returns or exchanges.

 

Product Care & Maintenance

 

To preserve the intricate detailing and quality of your Kraze Krystals designs, proper care is essential.

 

Hand Washing (Recommended)

 

• Turn the garment inside out (use a mesh bag for delicates).

• Wash gently in cold water with mild detergent.

• DO NOT squeeze, wring, or rub the fabric, as this can damage krystals.

• Rinse thoroughly in cold water and gently squeeze out excess water before air drying.

 

Machine Washing (Use Caution)

 

• Turn items inside out and place small/delicate items (bras, lingerie) into a mesh laundry bag.

• AVOID pre-wash sprays. Spot-treat stains gently before washing.

• Use only the "Delicate" or "Gentle" cycle and ensure the water temperature is set to COLD (hot water can compromise the adhesive).

 

Drying Krystaled Clothing

 

• DO NOT place any bras or lingerie in a machine dryer.

• We highly recommend hanging or laying garments flat to air dry.

• If using a machine dryer, use only the LOWEST heat setting or "Air Dry" cycle. DO NOT use high heat.

 

High Heel Footwear Care

 

• Do not "clack" your heels! Impact from striking the heel tips against hard surfaces will inevitably cause damage and lead to the loss of rhinestones.

• ALWAYS return your heels to their original protective box after each use to prevent damage and rhinestone loss.
