Kraze Krystals values your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, simply return your items for a refund or exchange but customer is responsable for shipping fee.
- Returned items must be in their original condition and original packaging with tags and sanitary protection intact (NO EXCEPTIONS).
- PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU WEAR UNDRGARMENTS WHEN TRYING ON SWIMWEAR & LINGERIE!
We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way.
We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive returns and exchanges.
Clearance items are FINAL SALES.
Items received after the 14-day period or in a condition that is not compliant with our return policy will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
International exchanges are subject to additional shipping charges.
